Our permanent sale shelves are located in the hallway between the Sesame Donut Coffee Court and the library's Meeting Room. We stock these shelves with fiction (both hardback and paperback), VHS, DVDs, audiobooks, Children's, and an assortment of non-fiction. Look for labels on the edges of the shelves to find the various collections.
Fiction is divided into several categories, each one alphabetized by author:
- Mystery (mostly mass market paperback)
- Romance (mass market paperback, including a shelf of paranormal romance)
- Science Fiction (mass market paperback)
- General Fiction (mass market paperback plus a shelf of larger, "comfortable reading" paperback)
- Hardback (mostly general fiction, but can include any genre)
Non-fiction, videos and children's are grouped by size rather than by subject. This allows us to make the most use of our available space.
Please take your time browsing our sale shelves and then take your purchases to the Welcome Desk to check out. Each item is individually priced -- look for a "Friends of the Library" barcoded price tag on the back of the item.
